Knight Island State Park

Knight Island State Park on Lake Champlain offers a remote-area experience with just 7 walk or boat-in campsites (6 with lean-tos) around the 175-acre island. Sites are up to 1-mile from the Ranger residence, with no public water supply, and toilet facilities are primitive. Woods Island State Park

Woods Island State Park offers really remote camping-two miles north of Burton Island. You need a boat to get there. Five campsites are spread over the 120-acre island and connected by a 2.5-mile perimeter trail. There is no resident staff or public water supply, and toilet facilities are primitive.
