Each region offers a wide range of activities and services, so you can always find something for everyone. The seven distinct regions of Oregon include the Coast, Portland, Mount Hood and the Columbia River Gorge, the Willamette Valley, Southern Oregon, Central Oregon and Eastern Oregon.
