After talking with other park owners and people that own RVs we determined that the majority of people value space in an RV park over most other considerations. All of our spaces are angled 50 by 30 foot pull thrus with room for an RV and 2 cars. The roads in the park are 20 feet wide. The park is 8 acres in total and initially will have 22 spaces. We have seen parks with double the RV slots in the same space where we have half the number of slots.

Sunset RV Park is in Sunset,Texas in a rural area surrounded by ranches,farms and several small country towns. The city of Sunset has a population of fewer than 500.

There are a lot of interesting things to do in this quiet country setting or you can go into Dallas-Fort Worth to see the big city. The nice thing about this is that you stay in the country without traffic and congestion yet you are close enough to venture into the city within 1 hour.
