Located on the Guadalupe River, River Shade is the ideal place to rest and relax under stately pecan trees. Its is a convenient location to visit many area attractions. Just a short drive takes you to San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels and San Marcos.

When entering the park proper, you'll be impressed by the menagerie of native trees, plants & grasses that are abundant throughout the park. We are proud of our extensive and well maintained landscaping.
