Sand & Surf RV Park is conveniently located on State Highway 1 in Oceano, California, 1 mile South of the City of Pismo Beach and 3/4 mile easy walk to the Beach. With over 200 green grass sites, Sand & Surf RV Park is one of the nicest RV parks in the area.

At Sand & Surf RV Park we have full hook-ups at all of our RV sites. And to make things feel even more like home, cable TV is also available in the Pull-Thru sites, too. We can handle RV's up to 40' and tents are accepted in our groomed tent sites. Need to cool off on a hot day, our heated swimming pool provides just the right place to relax and of course our campfire rings allow you to top off the day with a real campfire.
