Close to Qualcomm Stadium and Biotech Companies. Downtown is less than 20 minutes, and La Jolla is 5 minutes away. Some of the attractions in the area include John Birch Aquarium, Seaworld, Old town, Legoland, MCAS Miramar and Scripps Memorial Hospital.

All room have air-conditioning and a full size washer and dryer. A brand new sports facility with several types of equipment, including a raquetball court, trainers and conference room.
