The Riu Florida Beach Hotel is a newly renovated beach front hotel that offers an outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, poolside bar, restaurants, a boardwalk, and rooms with a spectacular ocean front view.

It is mandatory that at least one person over the age of 21 years or over is present in every room during Spring Break Seasons either February - March or April or during student group stays year round. The remainder of the year at least one person over the age of 18 years or over must be present in every room. Valet Parking will be available with at a charge 14 USD per day starting January 01,2007.
