The Residence Inn Flagstaff is conveniently located one mile from Flagstaff Mall and six miles from the downtown area and Northern Arizona University. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee of USD 25 per day up to a maximum charge of USD 100. Guests must also sign a pet policy agreement.

Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with double sofa bed. Some studios also have a fireplace. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, two full baths and furnished living room with dining area, double sofa bed and fireplace. All accomodations feature Marriott's new bedding package and have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily featuring breads and pastries, cereal and hot oatmeal, eggs, fruits and juices, hot and cold beverages, waffles and yogurt.
