Guests unloading their vehicles at The Hotel Phillips may experience a bit of inconvenience due to this temporary traffic diversion. While the street directly in front of the hotel undergoes this improvement, the city will utilize our unloading area as a traffic lane. During this time, our valet will be happy to assist you with your unloading and parking just around the corner from the hotel, outside the entrance of 12 Baltimore, one of our on-site restaurants.
