Studios are large open rooms with either one queen bed or one queen bed and single sofa bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with fireplace in some units. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one queen bed, sofa bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one double Murphy (pulldown) bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area and fireplace on the main level. All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Pets are allowed with a USD 50 non-refundable cleaning fee plus USD 10 per day for the first ten days.
