The Neptune is located in Old Orchard Beach, Maine just 10 miles south of Portland. Proprietor Tim Christenbury purchased the Neptune Motel from the Violette family in 2004. The Violettes operated the motel for 25 years. I plan to continue to run the motel as a high quality, affordable option for lodging in Old Orchard Beach.

Location: The Neptune Motel is located close to the heart of Old Orchard Beach and the pier, across the street from one of the most beautiful sections of the 7-mile beach.

Motel: The Neptune offers sixteen motel rooms and suites. Rooms include one bedroom. Suites offer two bedrooms, balconies and air conditioning. All rooms include kitchen, full bath, cable TV, community grilling/seating area. 75 yards to the beach.
