Valley Of The Gods B&B, Mexican Hat, Utah
Ideally located in Utah's Four-Corners region Bluff and Mexican Hat, this historic stone ranch-house overlooks the magnificent "Valley of the Gods" --- the only home within the 360,000 acre Cedar Mesa Cultural and Recreational Management Area. The "Valley of the Gods" Bed & Breakfast is within easy driving distance of the region's most spectacular natural attractions. Some of our favorites include: Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Mesa Verde, Arches, and Canyonlands National Parks, as well as the Navajo, Hovenweep and Natural Bridges National Monuments. There are raft trips, horseback riding, mountain biking and day hiking in the area. Take a backpacking trip into nearby Grand Gulch Primitive Area. Here you can marvel at some of nature's most awesome canyon country as well as the hauntingly beautiful Anasazi Indian ruins and rock art. Perhaps you'll just choose to sit on the 75 foot porch of our beautiful, solar and wind powered home and take in the grandeur of Red Rock country. Valley of the Gods, "the other Monument Valley" is the perfect place to get away from the stress and pace of everyday life. Come relax in one of our four guest rooms, all with private bath. Full breakfast served daily. Open all year.
