The B&B Inn occupies the Bank of Oberlin building built in 1886, the Reeder Building built in 1888 and the new Carriage House Addition. Marks who founded the Bank of Oberlin. The LandMark Inn offers seven guest suites; The Teller Room Restaurant & Coffee Bar and a vintage exercise room with turn of the century equipment to challenge the Inn's guests, a sauna, and a unique gift shop called The Oberlin Mercantile Co.

Prepare yourself for one the most quiet and restful nights you've ever experienced in one of our seven luxurious suites. Here is one example:
Judges Chambers Suite - The Bank of Oberlin building became the Decatur County Courthouse in 1896 after the failure of the bank. The prominent second floor corner office became the Judge's Chambers. Evidence of this was found during restoration as upon removing the old wallpaper the name "Judge Webb Bertram" was found written on all four walls of the room. This room features Victorian mauve, green and purple wall paper and curtains, a tall walnut queen size Victorian bed, Victorian settee and a TV/VCR combination. The spacious bathroom features a claw foot tub & shower, walnut vanity and a stained glass window.
