Inn at Vaucluse Spring, Stephens City, Virginia
We knew it the moment we saw it. An old Virginia mansion - nearly in ruins - rich in one family's history and vacant for decades. The dream of a young artist and his family to build a home on the same ground..... and an ancient limestone spring that must have drawn them to this place as it has drawn us. Here we would recreate a tradition of southern style and service that any resident from over 200 years of its known past would recognize as classic Virginian.

The Inn offers fifteen guest rooms in six different dwellings, all built on one hundred acres; six in the federal style Manor House, four in the Chumley Homeplace, one in the Gallery guest house, one in the restored Millhouse Studio, one in the Cabin by the Pond, and two in the Cottage on the Hill. All rooms feature a fireplace and most have a jacuzzi.
