Our sites are TEXAS SIZED. If you can drive it or pull it you can park it here. Over $400,000 (Four-Hundred and Thousand Dollars) in infrastructure improvements have been made over the last six years and we have only just begun. We have free Wi-fi in the club house. Cable and high speed internet are available at each site through local purveyors. We have shaded, semi shaded and open lots to meet any budget. There is a variety of vegetation including live oaks, palms, mesquite, hackberry and an assortment of tropical fruit trees. Last year we were home to a flock of green parrots!

Ultimately people make the AmeriCana Family. Our residents, guests and staff are some of the friendliest people in the Valley. Many return year after year simply because of the bond of friendship.
