With over 12,000 surface acres of water, Lake Allatoona is a haven for all watersports enthusiasts. Waterski, jetski, tuck into a secluded cove and fish for bass and crappy, or take a leisurely cruise and enjoy the peaceful scenery.

Allatoona Landing is a full-service marina with covered and open slips from 24' to 72' with courtesy or shore power.

There are secured areas for covered and open boat storage as well as RV's and boat trailers. The marina offers 24-hour security and gated areas.

The property includes a fuel dock/ship's store, boat launch, campground, playground and a convenience store/gift shop.

Allatoona Landing also contains a beautiful beach, which is open to the public on weekends from Memorial Day through Labor day. A refreshing pool (for tenant use only) is also available from Memorial Day through Labor day.
