We are conveniently located 15 minutes northwest of Chattanooga on I-24 at Exit 161. Our charming campground is nestled against the shores of Nickajack Lake, giving rise to gorgeous scenery on and off the water. Your RV or tent will sit peacefully beneath the large shade trees that populate our park, and this shade will be most welcoming during the hot summer months. In addition, the lake makes for excellent swimming, boating and fishing any time of the year. The bass are biting and the water is refreshing, so don't forget your fishing pole and swim trunks. You will witness some of the most spectacular sunsets and sunrises while staying with us. It is truely awe-inspiring to watch the golden sun rise from the east end of the lake, and descend into the waters on the west side.
Camp on the Lake is extremely popular with families because we offer something for everyone. Adults love the peaceful atmosphere and beauty of nature, while the kids love playing in the lake and running through the woods. And nothing beats sitting around the campfire at night, telling stories and eating smores. However, because of our popularity we strongly advise everyone to make a reservation.
