Migrating Gray Whales stream by in Spring and a few spend all year feeding in the Strait. They are often seen playing in the quiet waters in front of the resort. Bird watchers delight in the many species of ducks and shore birds that can be spotted in our area. Nearby nesting Bald Eagles can be seen fishing and raising their young. Snow Creek Resort is in the ideal central location for hiking the wilderness coast and visiting the Makah Museum.
