Positives: The staff went out of their way to help find places to eat, directions, and cabs.
Negatives: The worst thing I can say is that the place could stand to be redecorated but I don't have to live here, just visit!

Good location, just 1 block from Bourbon Street. Had to pay $35 daily for valet parking and car got dented. Returned to front desk 3 times because key didn't work finally got another room. Decor was .....

The hotel was quaint and in a good location near the French Quarter. Valet parking was expensive but adequate. Staff appeared friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.

Negatives: Elevators were small and beat-up and some hallway carpets worn, however, this did not detract from my stay.

Our room had a mildew smell and the carpet was soaked. They said they would fix it but didn't. We asked to move and they put us into a room with two double beds when we asked them not to. Didn't .....

It was located very close to Bauborn street. Many attractions are in the vicinity. Rooms were neat and clean. We stayed in the room only during our night stay. It was very close to many fun places. .....
