Lilian Place (est. 1884), nestled on Florida's Intracoastal Waterway, is a beautiful, lush Victorian home listed on The National Historic Register. Built in 1884, Lilian Place is the oldest home on the Daytona Beach Peninsula. The Bed and Breakfast, consisting of the main house with its wrap around veranda, and the Carriage House, have breathtaking views of the magnificent Halifax River.
Here at Lilian Place, you can step back into Florida history. Sleep where Stephen Crane stayed after his shipwreck in Ponce Inlet and was inspired to write his short story, The Open Boat. The beautiful landscape surrounding the house will take you back to the Florida of the late 1800's while providing all of the modern necessities for a memorable respite.
