Federal House Inn is a beautifully restored, historic 1824 Greek Revival Bed & Breakfast with bright sunny guestrooms, three with fireplaces. Enjoy a delicious, full candlelight breakfast in our elegant dining room each morning and relax in our gracious, antique filled living room.
The Federal House Inn is ideally located in the beautiful Berkshires of western Massachusetts at the base of Beartown Mountain State Forest. We are one mile from Stockbridge, the former home of Norman Rockwell, and minutes from Lenox, Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, Shakespeare & Company, Berkshire Theatre Festival, hiking, skiing and biking.
Our spacious guest rooms are light and airy with large windows and lovely views of our lawns and landscaped grounds. Each room has been beautifully furnished, featuring tasteful artwork, elegant window treatments and individual air conditioning during the summer months. All feature private bathrooms with large, soft bath towels, herbal glycerin soap and shampoo. Hair dryers are available on request.
All daily rates are for double occupancy and include a full candlelight breakfast each morning.
