We are conveniently located close to quaint downtown Lodi, Stockton and a short drive to Sacramento and Northern California for access to dining, wine tasting and wine tours, entertainment, business, and travel.

All cottages are non-smoking facilities. We also ask for you to take care in keeping the grounds and area clean and free from materials harmful to the ground and ecosystems that exist in our local vineyards. We practice composting and plantings with soil health and biodiversity in mind that encourage healthy farming practices and safe groundwater.

Surrounded by the Central California vineyards, the three cottages are beautifully decorated each with two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchens, inside laundry, reading room, dining room and a cozy, comfortable living room with a fireplace and Flat Screen, Hi Def TV, Wireless Internet and whole house sound system. Enjoy sitting on the porch in front, or the private patio in the back with a Bar B Q grill and romantic flower covered arbors and hammocks. The cottages can sleep up to 5 guests or 2 couples and are child and pet friendly.
