We offer a comfortable studio cottage on the water on the California Delta. The cottage has a queen bed and a daybed that will expand to a queen size. Sleeps four. Also included is a full bath with shower and a kitchenette with dining area. A spacious outdoor covered patio on the dock provides a comfortable space to while away the hours. There is a covered boat dock right there.

The cottage is located on Sandmound Slough in the heart of the California Delta and is perfectly situated to take advantage of all types of water activities from pleasure boating and skiing to the best in fishing. Russo's marina and Frank's track are only a short boat ride away.
