Lake Buchanan is home to some of the best striped bass fishing in the state. Stocked each season with the "Striper", which was formerly known as a salt-water sport fish, Lake Buchanan is also home to the king of sport fish in Texas, the largemouth bass. Fisherman will also enjoy catching a variety of catfish and crappie.
You are sure to enjoy our swimming area. The beach is sandy, the water is warm and inviting. Join the fun when you stay in one of our sites on the lake.
Our piers and marinas are lighted as well as being fortified with natural habitat up under them. This attracts the bait fish which of course brings in the keepers. Fishing both day and night will assure your success and supper for later.
