The 1785 Inn is a wonderfully relaxing place to vacation at any time of year. The Inn's central location puts you in the middle of a huge variety of things to do all year-round. . . or just relax at the Inn in front of a crackling fire in winter or while away a summer's afternoon by the large pool overlooking the mountains. The "scenic vista" from the Inn's lawn is one of the most painted and photographed spots in the country!

We are located on six acres of property at the Scenic Vista, one of the most photographed and painted spots in the country. The views from our Inn, the swimming pool, and our gardens are unsurpassed. Our cross-country ski trails offer interesting nature walks and fishing during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. We are also convenient to North Conway's shopping mecca and all of the White Mountain attractions. We offer two guest living rooms with fireplaces, TV/VCR, and libraries, a Victorian lounge with full liquor service, and fine dining
For overnight guests, there are 17 cheerful, individually-decorated rooms with original working fireplaces, a casual lounge for unwinding at a day's end, and over six acres of beautiful grounds and gardens to explore.
