Come be our guest and experience the beauty of New England in an elegantly restored Walpole, New Hampshire 1774 Colonial home bed and breakfast inn and cottages situated on 105 acres of certified organic farmland. Working fireplaces, a raised hearth, original flooring, and antique hardware all reflect the craftsmanship, charm and elegance of the past; while air conditioned bedrooms, private baths, bountiful homemade gourmet breakfast, and our attention to detail give our bed and breakfast guests the comforts they deserve.
Inn at Valley Farm Bed and Breakfast Inn and Cottages is located in Walpole, New Hampshire, said to be one of the most picturesque towns in all of New England complete with rows of white historic homes and churches, its own challenging 9-hole golf course, and Sunday concerts on the common. Nestled amongst some of the greenest rolling hills of the Connecticut River Valley, bordered by a 500-acre orchard, and just minutes to Keene, Brattleboro or Interstate 91, the Inn at Valley Farms is a special lodging place in an ideal location to plan your next family vacation or romantic getaway.
Breakfast is a multi-course homemade affair, which always includes entrees, breads, muffins, and jams made with fresh eggs and organic produce raised right here at the farm or a gourmet brown bag for the hiker or businessperson on the go. And for those with a sweet tooth, the cookie jar is always full of homemade confections. All guest rooms in the Inn are on the second floor and suitable for guests over the age of twelve.
Guest rooms in the Inn are large and spacious offering antique furnishings, air conditioning, telephone/data port, fresh flowers, and award-winning handmade Burdick Chocolates at bedside. Plenty of common areas are available in the house for guests to socialize or relax in including a plant-filled sunroom with views overlooking the farm and gardens, a library with working fireplace and stocked with numerous books on local and regional history, a comfortable living room with views of the terraced gardens, a formal dining room with raised hearth, and a game room with all the perennial favorites.
Room rates include a full hearty farm-fresh breakfast and afternoon refreshment for Inn guests, and ample homemade continental breakfast for cottage guests. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice.
Fully utilized, the Inn and cottages can sleep twenty guests and is perfect for family gatherings, group meetings, and/or educational workshops. Please inquire early to ensure availability.
