Are you looking for an ocean front Inn? The Sea View Inn is on a private beach with the ocean on one side, and a pristine salt marsh on the other. Pawley's Island is a four mile long, one house wide island that is truly a step back in time. Nothing commercial. No filling stations, no fireworks stands, no grocery store or ships. Just beach houses in a single line on a narrow strip of land.
The Inn, charming and laid back, is smack in the middle of the island. She welcomes you to a perfect beach, few people, and three meals a day. The sea oats wave on the dunes on one side, the salt marsh beckons for crabbing on the other. White egrets stand on one leg with an eye out for their supper. Pawleys Island is located midway between Charleston and Myrtle Beach.
Sea View is known for its excellent seafood and low-country cuisine. As a guest at Sea View, you'll be treated to three fabulous meals each day. Wake up to a breakfast of juice, coffee, eggs, toast, sausage or bacon, and grits. Sample pancakes, cereal, and fresh fruit. Morning coffee starts on the back porch at 7:00 am, and breakfast follows at 8:30 am.

All guest rooms at Sea View come with a private half bath, a large overhead fan, and a single and double bed. Each room enjoys cross ventilation from a central courtyard and either ocean or marsh views.
Three tiled showers are available in the main house and there are private hot water beach showers for those returning from a dip in the ocean. An adjacent cottage behind the Inn has six rooms, some with a porch, and all with air conditioning, and a fabulous view of the pristine marshes.
