The manager doesnt know anything about customer service. They treated me very rude an impolite. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends. I was insulted and yelled. Please don't go

I thought the hotel was well kept and attractive. I would have preferred something that wasn't quite so mid-town, however, that was one of the criteria that I selected.

Quiet and spacious rooms with comfortable king bed. Bathroom had nice granite countertops and a hand held shower head in tub. Free shuttle to Chase Ballpark was convenient. Only complaint would be .....

Very comfortable and attractive room and common areas, although rooms were a bit difficult to access. Gentleman at front desk was somewhat arrogant or condescending and failed to explain parking .....

Half of the hotel looked really nice. These guys would only give us rooms with one double bed. We also had to fight with them about getting two rooms on the same floor. They seemed to be treating us .....

It was just what our family needed. Hotel staff were friendly to us and our kids-put us in a room by the pool. Everything was clean and bright. You can tell it is an older hotel, but well maintained .....

I liked it, it was nice and accommodating. I did not like the entrance though. With the construction going on it was difficult to maneuver in and out. Yet, we were able to find another side entrance.

The hotel is tucked away behind some skyscrapers, so it made it very hard to find. We drove past it like 3 times trying to find it. They need to have some signage on the main road "central." other .....
