Regardless of the season, you and your family deserve a chance to decompress. To feel the sand between your toes, read a book on a shaded porch, marvel at the beauty of a golden sunset--and gaze at stars you would never see in the city. You will enjoy a spacious, old-fashioned (but newly-built!) family beach house that sleeps up to 10 comfortably, with an open floor plan featuring a bright kitchen, large dining area and even a preschoolers' play area.With front-to-back cross-breezes and ceiling fans in every room, even August nights are comfortable sleeping. You will have access to a beautiful, private association Lake Michigan beach, just 150 yards to the south. Most importantly, you will get huge decks with lake views on two levels--perfect for casual dining, sunning, reading, relaxed conversation, enjoying the outdoor fireplace and most of all, for viewing magnificent sunsets.(12 persons maximum are allowed on the premises at any time, including daytime guests -- NOT a location for receptions or weddings -- 3 car limit.)
