The Inn was originally built in 1905 as the residence for the Koenig Hardware Store owners. It was the second largest version of a Sears and Roebuck catalogue house ~ original cost of $1800! The special craftsmanship involved in restoration is evident everywhere you turn at Saugatuck's Victorian Inn.
