There are fourteen guest suites at Theodosias located in three distinct areas. Each room carries its own unique character and appointments. Water views can be enjoyed from every room and the numerous porches and balconies add to the charm. All rooms have their own private bathroom ensuite. Guests start their day with a full gourmet breakfast. In the afternoon, hors d'oeuvres are served. A golf cart is provided for transportation. All guests receive a complimentary, temporary membership at Bald Head Island club. An extensive video collection is available to our guests, as well as, golf bag storage lockers, CD players, irons, hairdryers, and fax service.
