The Golden Slipper - Boston's B&B Afloat, Boston, Massachusetts
The Golden Slipper, Boston's Bed & Breakfast 'Afloat,' is a 1960 Chris Craft cabin cruiser docked at Lewis Wharf in the heart of Boston's historic North End. The boat stays tied up, and you come and go as you please. This is a private party boat accommodating up to four guests, with a continental breakfast left for you.
The Golden Slipper offers a romantic, peaceful, as well as a fun family adventure for four. The business traveler will enjoy this unique alternative to an ordinary hotel. The only time the innkeeper is on board is if you arrange a formal dinner for 4 to 6 people (she was a charter chef for 12 years).
In The Heart of Boston - At our very secure, locked marina you're within a short 10-minute walk to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall Marketplace, the Freedom Trail, The New England Aquarium, Historical Monuments and Museums, the trolley and Boston's Little Italy, the North End.
The Golden Slipper offers excellent views of the busy Boston Harbor and the ocean beyond, and is convenient to many nearby attractions and activities, including Boston Harbor tours, sailing schools, bicycle rentals, whale watching cruises, and guided tours of national and state parks, including the Boston Harbor Islands.
