The home is located at the northern edge of Brookings, nine miles north of the California border. Harris Beach State Park lies between Holmes Sea Cove and downtown. A beautiful trail leads you to a small park and the beach. In winter, storms can be spectacular as the waves splash over the huge, black rocks, or the ocean can be smooth as glass. Come during December through March to watch the Pacific Gray whales migrate.
