At the Brinley, no two rooms are decorated the same but all have a Victorian theme. Each room has a private bath and air conditioning in the summer. Whirlpool tubs and working fireplaces are available to those who wish to pamper themselves (and their loved one) to that extra special degree. Most of the furniture is of genuine antique origin and soft linens, curtains, wallpapers and incidentals are all chosen to maintain the desired ambiance of the period. Attention to detail and cleanliness is our specialty. Mints are placed on every pillow. There is a deliberate policy of no televisions or telephones in the rooms as the Brinley should be regarded as a quiet "getaway from it all" environment, or better still, a romantic retreat in elegant, serene surroundings.
