Built in 1991, the Sea Breeze Inn has evolved into one of Newport, Rhode Island's premier B&B's. Our cozy, eight room hotel is constantly transforming to meet the needs of our expanding variety of guests. We also now feature private houses and beach-side condos that are available for rent weekly, monthly, by season, or year round. The Inn is conveniently located less than a quarter mile from Newport's First Beach (Easton's Beach), and local dining and entertainment and just two miles to downtown Newport. We are also just a half mile from Cliff Walk, a walk along the beautiful Rhode Island coastline and Newport's famous mansions.
We are not your typical Bed & Breakfast as we provide a FULL (not continental) breakfast to our guests every single morning from 8:00 am to 11:00 am in our full service café. Choices on our menu include french toast, pancakes, home fries, eggs served any style, an assortment of juices, muffins, bagels, and much much more. Telly's Café also offers a full lunch menu, and a variety of ice creams and frozen yogurt.
