29 Second is located in Newport's oldest waterfont neighborhood.29 Second has secure off street parking with private entrance to our guest suite. We are pleased to provide storage for kayaks, small boats and bicycles. Walk or bike to scores of restaurants and shops within a one half mile radius of our door. Paddle Newport Harbor, out to historic Rose Island Lighthouse or over to the Jamestown shoreline. Kayak and bike tours available upon request. Sail on our catboat through a saltmarsh.
Guests are encouraged to relax and enjoy our gardens and backyard. Deck and water garden were featured in the book " Secret Gardens of Newport's Point Section " and photographed by Victoria Magazine, Rhode Island Monthly, and the Providence Journal.
Sleeping accomodations are Queen-sized with cable TV, FM radio, vcr, high speed wireless internet, phone, and air conditioning. Private bath with thirty by sixty inch shower, heat, and ventilation. Twenty four hour access to our kitchen and breakfast pantry.
