Roys now has two locations to provide all the services for fishermen, hunters and campers. Both are located on beautiful Lake Washington. Roy’s location #1 is located in Chatham, Mississippi, which is to be found on the north end of the lake. Location #2 is located on the south end of the lake in Glen Allen, Mississippi. Both places are on the banks of Lake Washington - right in the heart of the Delta. Nine miles long, 1 1/4 miles wide, and up to 20 feet deep, Lake Washington has catered to the needs of anglers since 1950 and is fast becoming a hot spot for hunters as well. Bass, crappie, catfish, and bream are plentiful year-round. However, during the winter months hunters enjoy the well-known Yazoo National Wildlife Refuge, which is home for state record white-tails. Roy’s #2 is a mere 2 miles west of the refuge, and Roy’s # 1 is 5 miles northwest of the refuge.

Roy's #1 is located on the north end of the Lake. All cabins have an air conditioner, bathroom, refrigerator, TV, kitchenette, microwave, and coffeepot. Roy's #1 also offers 18 RV sites just across the road from many facilities such as, a fish cleaning house, concrete boat ramp, several fishing piers, boat slips, and of course roy's store. Full RV connections include, 20, 30, and 50 amp outlets as well water and sewage.
At Roy's #2 there are 2 big duplex units (shown below to left) which consists of 4 large cabins. Four small lakeside units (shown below to right) consists of motel-like features with 1 double bed and 1 set of bunk beds. These units sleep up to four people comfortably. 6 full service hookups are available for RV's. Both cabins and RV's are in a very private area and great location with access to a boat ramp, pier, fish cleaning area, and store and bait shop within 1 mile. Roy's #2 offers 6 RV sites, which are located near the water's edge and near many facilites like a fish cleaning house, concrete boat ramp, and a new fishing pier. Full connections include, 20 and 30 amp outlets along with water and sewage.
Roys offers daily, monthly as well as yearly rates at both locations. These rates include the use of a concrete boat ramp, fish cleaning house and fishing piers.
