nice mgr. or owner. had us park our motorcycle under their front entrance awning so it wouldn't get soaked in rain overnight. smelled pretty bad from cig. smoke in the hallways but room was totally fine. nothing special but fairly clean, beds and pillows pretty good, good heat/air conditioner and hot water. if you're just looking for a decent bed you'll be satisfied.
