Our 40 acre property is part of a conservation easement protected by the Aspen Valley Land Trust. We are within a 10 minute drive of Sunlight Mountain Ski Resort, White River National Forest, and unlimited recreational activities ... from white water rafting, to mountain biking, to world class fly fishing. This is the heart of the Western Slope of the Rockies, and with 300 days of sunshine each year, you’ll always find a perfect day for the unlimited recreational opportunities close by.

The Sunshine Ridge Guest House, your home-away from home, is a 5,800 square foot, six bedroom, four and a half bath cozy Wilderness log home - accommodating 16 guests. The house features a gorgeous, gourmet kitchen, complete with six burner Viking stove, extra-large refrigerator/freezer, granite counter tops, and Spanish-tile floors. The spacious area surrounding the kitchen features cherry flooring, rustic furniture, and a 23 ft. fireplace.

The large wrap-around deck, looking out over canyon country and the mountains beyond, can be accessed from doors in the sunken living room, or from the two upper level bedrooms. In addition, there is a huge patio adjacent to the kitchen. Recent renovations include a new upper level master suite, a new lower level master suite, and a beautiful lower level recreation-game room and Stocked Wine Cave. The house features wireless broadband and high speed cable internet access. The Sunshine Ridge Guest House is ideally located for an adventuro! us Colorado vacation.
