Topsides, a boating description with which your hosts have become very familiar during restoration of their 1930 28 foot Garwood triple cockpit runnabout with original Dietrick convertible top and white oak bows, felt right when naming their Bed & Breakfast in the resort town of Wolfeboro NH known as "the oldest resort in America".
Dennis and Cynthia Schauer have gone to great lengths to create an atmosphere that they would like to experience themselves. Rooms have an elegant yet comfortable flavor that will please even the most discriminating traveler.
