Adora Inn, located in the heart of charming Mount Dora, is walking distance to all the town’s shops, restaurants, parks, tennis courts, events and festivals and only a thirty minute drive from the attractions of Orlando. Built in 1916 in the Arts and Crafts style, Adora Inn has been totally renovated with sensitivity to its history but with a modern touch. Adora Inn is housed in the Patterson-Hague House, named to honor its builder and longest resident respectively, and is part of Mount Dora’s historic district. The house is surrounded by a mix of tropical and temperate vegetation providing a lovely setting. Relax in the garden, or choose a great bottle of wine from our cellars and enjoy a delicious fruit & cheese plate while relaxing the afternoon away on the front porch.

On the first floor, guests may have their meals in our elegant dining room, or on the expansive front porch. The living room provides a comfortable setting for social events and conversation. The furnishings, art and antiques all combine to create a relaxed and sophisticated ambiance.
On the second floor, the Camel Suite sleeps up to four people. One room has two twin beds and the other, a Queen bed. The bathroom has an antique claw-footed tub. The Periwinkle Room has a bright and peaceful quality to its style, furnished with a Queen bed and original antique-style bathroom with claw-footed tub. The Olive Room a warm large room, has a wonderful king-sized bed, decorative fireplace and views to town center. Its bath has a shower without a bathtub. The two third floor rooms, the Treehouse and the Vanilla Room, sport wonderfully vaulted ceilings, treetop views and baths with large, Roman tubs. Each of these rooms have their own private staircase to enter the room which makes for a very private retreat. The Treehouse has a king-sized bed while the Vanilla Room offers the versatility of two twin-sized beds or a full king bed.
