Experience the casual elegance of our Pennsylvania bed and breakfast. Relish our country setting in the midst of the beautiful of Northern Lancaster County in the quaint town of Denver, PA. A tranquil retreat for the visitor, this picturesque, classic stone inn has tastefully decorated air-conditioned rooms, four bedrooms, each with queen-size bed and private bath. Each of the four guest rooms is named after the birds that inhabit the Cocalico Creek area. Each guest room has a PRIVATE BATH with bathrobes and hair dryer provided. Oriental rugs grace the floors, and the deep-silled windows are adorned with lace curtains.
Blue Heron Room - Soft, romantic - Offering a delightful scenic view of spacious grounds, ponds and Cocalico Creek. Decorated with antique mahogany furniture canopied queen-size bed - to relax and snuggle after a busy day.
Goldfinch Room - This charming room with floral wallpaper and shades of yellow offers a romantic, gentle warming fireplace and a private balcony overlooking farm pastures, ponds and Cocalico Creek. After a busy day of touring, relax here and watch the waterfowl play or catch a lovely sunset.
Mallard Room - Bold wallpaper and antique furniture give this room - with its scenic view of ponds and Cocalico Creek - a warm, comfortable feeling.
White Egret Room - Calico-print wallpaper, offering PA charm, accented with checks and patchwork quilt on a white iron-frame bed, gentle warming Franklin Stove style fireplace, inviting you to curl up and relax with a good book.
Room rates are based on double occupancy. Price includes a full candlelight breakfast served in the dining room. Recipes can vary to accommodate dietary restrictions. Breakfast is served Monday through Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and Sunday at 8:00 a.m. A "brown-bag breakfast" is made available to those on the run — advance notice is required.
