We are convenient to all Rochester area colleges and universities including The Eastman School of Music, St. John Fisher College, Nazareth College, RIT and the University of Rochester River Campus.

Our spacious suites and upper floor guest rooms are as individual as you are. All guest rooms are individually designed spaces with your comfort in mind. We have chosen ultra plush bedding, fluffy down comforters, pillows and bedding throughout each room. Newly renovated private en suite baths with large tiled showers are well appointed with rain showerheads, towel warmers, English toiletries, hairdryers, iron/boards and luxurious robes to wrap yourself in. Most guest suites have fireplaces for added ambiance.
