Downtown Charleston is 15 minutes from Charleston International Airport. A private taxi to our door costs approximately $20-25, or airport shuttles will also give door-to-door service for $10 per person. We are a five hour drive from Atlanta, two hours from Savannah, three and a half from Charlotte, and one hour from Beaufort, S.C.

Charlotte Street Cottage, is the original kitchen house built in 1820. 32 Charlotte Street is a historic home built in 1820 and known as the Wegman-Holmes house. It is set back from the street behind a brick and ironwork fence on an acre. The property is beautifully landscaped with natural areas, stone patios, young fruit trees, flower beds, 200 year old oaks and a large lawn. There is secure complimentary parking behind an electric gate. The house is in an ideal location on a beautiful wide street lined with 150 year old oak trees in the heart of the historic district.
