An Elegant Victorian Bed & Breakfast in the Heart of Cambridge, Massachusetts! Welcome to Prospect Place...an Italianate residence built in 1866! Conveniently located in the center of Cambridge, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University are only a short walk away, and metropolitan Boston just across the river. The subway and bus lines are just a few minutes from our front door.

A full breakfast is served in our Victorian dining room which contains a lovely window seat full of arched top windows, a marble fireplace, and the early antique wallpaper from the turn of the last century.

Prospect Place was owned by the same family for over one-hundred years until 1994, when we purchased the home and began a period restoration...We have three guest rooms. Bathrooms have been tastefully integrated to accommodate the needs of the bed and breakfast guest rooms yet great care has been taken to maintain the original spaces in the house. Period details abound, from classic archways and marble fireplaces to the graceful winding staircase and cut-glass windows.
