Located in Boise's historic Warm Springs District, the Inn enjoys the convenience of natural geothermal water throughout the year. It is surrounded by other distinguished turn-of-the-century homes, but is also within walking distance of downtown, 8th Street Marketplace and Old Boise (a historic shopping district) -- all offering numerous excellent restaurants, shops and theatres. St. Luke's Regional Medical Center is only a block away. The Inn is also less than a mile from the Boise State University campus, located adjacent to Boise's beautiful Greenbelt on the sparkling Boise River where wild geese and ducks make their home year 'round.

Skiers delight in the excellent facilities found at Bogus Basin Ski Area, a mere 19 miles from the Inn, in tree-covered mountains overlooking Boise. Ski coach service or special day trips are available. The famous Sun Valley ski area is an easy 3-hour drive to the east.

Boise boasts easy access to surrounding mountain ranges, with abundant trout fishing, quaint old mining towns and unsurpassed camping and hiking opportunities -- all close enough for day trips. Directions and maps are available.

Carriage House - This private hideaway features a sleigh bed, Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, wet bar with microwave and refrigerator, queen Murphy bed, cable TV and large deck overlooking the courtyard.
Governor's Suite - This stately two-room suite includes an enclosed sun porch with cable TV, large bath with tub and walk-in shower.
Senator's Room - awaken in this cheerful room overlooking Idaho Street featuring a Victorian oak bedroom set and the warmth of the morning sun.
Judge's Chambers - An extra-large room with Eastlake walnut furnishings and private access to the covered veranda.
Mayor's Study - A delightful room with its own covered veranda and brass bed. Definitely bright and cozy!
Executive Suite - This spacious retreat has 2 queen-size beds, a cozy sitting area, skylight and cable TV.
Cates Room @ the Flamingo Fire Station - Cates was part of the original crew at Fire Station # 3. The bright room looks out over the mature trees on the patio today.
Culver Room @ the Flamingo Fire Station - Culver, a member of the 1912 crew never had it so good. The quiet, yet bright room, provides guests the balance between the old and the new.
