The Armory Park Historic Neighborhood dates back to the turn of the century when the railroad came to Tucson. Located south of downtown Tucson AZ, which has had major redevelopment as an arts district in the past 10 years. Walking visitors can enjoy the old homes of the neighborhood or head in another direction and easily reach restaurants, galleries or live theater. Being in the downtown area also puts guests close to the train station, the hub of the bus system and the Tucson Convention Center. Located near by is the Fourth Avenue shopping district with restaurants, shops and bars.

The Armory Park Bed and Breakfast consists of the owner's residence built in 1896 with two detached guest suites situated in a courtyard garden setting.

For those who enjoy animals the two resident dogs will be glad to relax with you and make you feel welcome. Guests have access to the butler's pantry throughout the day and evening where the refrigerator is stocked with juices and soda and where a guest phone is available.

Arizona Room - Across the courtyard from the main house is the Arizona Room, a large bedroom with sitting area and private bath.
New Mexico Suite - Adjacent to the Arizona Room is the New Mexico Suite, a large living room with kitchenette, bedroom and private bath.

Both units also have TV/VCR, stereo systems,queen sized beds and private entrances. In the garden courtyard, guests are welcome to use the jacuzzi or site by the koi pond to relax after the day's activites.
