It is located on the north side of Lake Tahoe in the heart of the Sierra Nevadas. The property has 5 bedrooms each with a private bath, luxury linens, towels, robes, new furniture and new flat screen TV's.

There is a living room with a fireplace, a reading area, and a television. Smoking is not allowed.
