Just one block from the acclaimed Oregon Shakespeare Festival, our lovingly restored Italianate mansion offers luxurious accommodations in Victorian inspired suites and guestrooms. Enjoy relaxing in the elegant double parlor amid some of the original McCall furnishings and the pleasures of beautifully appointed guest rooms with private tiled baths, period antiques and custom-made linens.

Included with your room is off-street parking just one block from the theatre, Lithia Park, and Ashland’s Plaza, home to numerous shops and restaurants.
The Captain and Lizzie McCall Room - Once the Master Bedroom for the Captain and his wife, this room on the main floor is now a luxury guestroom with king bed and fireplace. Large private bath features a claw-foot tub and separate shower. Private adjoining parlor may be available for an additional $100 per night.
The Sleeping Porch - In Victorian times, the family would sleep here on balmy summer nights. Today, spectacularly converted, this mini-suite is one of our most requested rooms. Decorated with whimsical elegance, this room has a fireplace and romantic sitting area, a king bed, trundle bed, wet bar, fridge, microwave, and TV. The private bath features a clawfoot tub and a separate shower.
President Hayes Guestroom - This richly elegant room with handsome bay windows and beautiful views of both the downtown and the Cascade mountain range was named in honor of President and Lucy Hayes. The Hayes’ visited Ashland in 1889 and this guestroom features a portrait and keepsake memorabilia from their visit. This is one of our larger rooms on the front of the house and has two queen beds in addition to a sunny seating area.
The Chaucer Guestroom
This stately room is named in honor of Geoffrey Chaucer whose portrait adorns an intricate antique stained-glass window separating the new bath from the main room. Marble topped furnishings and sizable antiques are at home in this large room with queen bed, comfortable seating area and breathtaking views from the floor to ceiling windows.
