Tara Firma Inn—Volcano is located amidst the rainforest, this area was once kapu (forbidden) except to royalty. Volcano has been a haven since the 1800s as a summer place to escape the heat. For more than 178 years, visitors have made the trek to this area to witness the hot lava eruptions from Kilauea. Volcano is now home to artists, scientists, and farmers and is famous for its beautiful orchids.

Breakfast is prepared for you daily and served from 7:00 to 9:00 AM. Start your morning with fresh fruits and juices, hot baked goods and award winning locally grown coffee.

The Orchid Suite is the only room on the second floor. This spacious accommodation includes a queen-size bed, a large private bath with separate tub and shower as well as a private sitting room.
The Fern Room is on the first floor and comes with a full bed and a private entrance which opens up onto the lanai were you can experience the natural beauty of the rainforest.
The Ginger Room also has full bed and a private enterance. These rooms share a bath room.
